Extraction of Oleic Acid from Animals Oil and Its Anti-inflammatory Effect on Network Pharmacology

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to explore the possible mechanisms anti-inflammatory and scar repair by Mongolian horse oil. We used TCM database literature mining collect active compounds oil Swiss TargetPrediction SuperPred server find targets compounds. Anti-inflammatory drug were collected through CTD database. Go annotation KEGG pathway enriched analyzed Metascape platform. Molecular docking between ingredients was verified AutoDock software. analysis revealed that key candidate significantly in a number pathways associated with inflammatory pathology. results molecular showed oleic acid, major component animals oil, could influence regulatory functions TNF, NGF, IL6, IL1B, Jun, CDK1. This suggests can regulate development inflammation its ingredient, expression multiple signaling pathways, theoretical endogenous interactions JUN, CDK1 proteins.
